On occasion the Lilycove Department Store will broadcast clearout sales. When they do, go to the Store immediately and go to the top level. There will be a vendor that sells Solid Boards, which will cover up the holes in the base.

You can only get rid of it if it is your base, you must go to the sale on top of the mart in lilycove and buy a wooden plank, it is a decoration to cover holes allowing you to go over them.

Whenever there's a rooftop sale in the Lilycve Department Store, on top, there should be solid boards. If you buy one, you can cover one hole. If you buy two, you can cover two holes. Elementary, right?

That had me confused for a while too. Every once in a while, there will be a rooftop sale in the Lilycove City Department Store(where the vending machines are). Up there, a lady will sell you rare Secret Base items. She sells an item called a floorboard or something like that. Those floorboards cover up the holes in the Secret Bases.

You need to buy boards so you can place them over the holes.

You can't. But you can put boards on top of them. You can get these at the sales on the roof of the lilycove department mall.

Here's the answer for you. You have to buy a special secret base item called "Solid Board". You can put these over the holes in your secret base and walk over them to get to other areas. You can only buy this item when there is a clearence sale on the rooftop of Lillycove department store, so watch the T.V often so that you know when you can stock up!

Beat the Elite Four. If you are lucky, it will say something about the Lilycove dept. Store having a sale in two days. Go to the dept. store in two days. Go to the roof level. You can buy special items. There will be these boards that you can cover the hole with.

You can't remove them, but you can cover them with boards which are obtainable in Lillyove when there is a sale on.

I don't think you can remove them unless there is a cheat to do it.

You can't remove the holes, but you can put a board on top of it to cross. To obtain a board, you have to defeat the Elite Four (maybe multiple rimes) and when you watch TV in your house it will say there is a sale at the Lilycove Dept. Store on some random amount of days. On the correct day, go to the top of the store (where the vending machines are) and this guy will be there, talk to him and he'll sell you some stuff, one item being the board.
