Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi all, I have just got my 8th badge, what do I do now I want get action replay but I want to know does it have a code that makes all your Pokemon get to lvl 100?

Yeh theres this cheat (code below) After a battle, before you get the exp, hold are and you'll keep getting exp untill you release r.

You know when you're headed to the Elder Rakatan Enclave? You see the gizka get blown up by the plasma vent, right? Well, behind one of them is some stabilizer parts. There's also a rumor that there's one in one of the rancor pits in the One's room, of the Black Rakatan, but that's just a rumor. I'm not 100% sure. Oh, wow...I didn't realize how many "ones" I used that one sentence...Gah! There I go again!
