Trapchin learns it at level 47 I think but it does learn dig

Trapinch at 41, Nincada at 45, Diglett at 17.

Yeah, sure there are. Definately Trapinch, he learns it at level 41 without evolving. I think there are two others, but I'm not sure who they are and what level they learn it at.

Yes Diglet can learn dig without a TM.

Trapinch can learn the move Dig manually at Level 41. Keep in mind that it's evolution into Vibrava occurs at Level 35, and Vibrava can't learn the move.

Hello
The only Pokemon that knows Dig are Diglett, which you can trade from Leaf Green or Fire Red, but the easier option is Trapinch, which learns Dig at level 41.
