Question for Pokemon Emerald

Right, I'm at the battle frontier and i've found this tree right of the pkmn center and it is obviously a Sudowoodo.

So my question is how do you go against it?
Do you use a squirtbottle like on crystal, gold and silver?
If so where do you get it from?
Or do you do something else?

Whatever you do will somebody please tell me i'm so FRUSTRATED!!!

You have to get a squirt bottle from the woman at the flower shop then sprinkle it on the tree after that you can go to artisian cave where you can catch smeagle

Use wailmerpail if you don't have it go to rustboro keep going down pass the log bridge and there will be a flower shop talk to everbody and one of them will give it to you.

Go to the flower shop below rustboro go in talk to everyone and one will give you wailmer pail then use the wailmer pail on it then it will attack

Use the Wailmer Pale on it from the key items section of your bag.
No, squirtbottle does not even exist.
So you can't get it.
You do some thing else.

Well you got most of it right,but to awaken it,you must use a wailmer pail,which you get from a lady standing just outside of the Rustburo Forest...hope I helped
