Question for Pokemon Emerald
Can somebody help me I just started the game a few days ago. In ruastboro I beat the first gym leader. Then I went to a building right next to. And inside this guy wanted to trade me seedot for a ralts. So I did. And when I battle with it doesn't listen to me. Only sometimes.

It's probably that you haven't acquired the Stone Badge, which gives you power over traded Pok�mon of up to level 30.

Its obviously to high a level to listen to you. Gain a few more badges and don't level it up then it will probably listen to you.

It's becasue it's level is too high and will not listen to you untill you get a certain badge.

You need to beat brawly in the next gym and seedot will listen to you

If that keeps happening, just do the second gym leader without ralts, and I think that makes all Pokemon up to lvl 20 listen to you (maybye it's 3rd but I think it IS 2nd) hope I helped!

You probably need the next gym badge, which is in Dewford Town. Otherwise, it won't obey you some of the time.

When you win the 2ed badge seedot should listen to you.

When you get a Pokemon in a trade, it woun't lisen to you intell you get certian badges that make them think that you have enough authority. When they think you have authority they will listen to you.

So what's your question. The Pokemon needs to get used to you. You can go to Lavaridge Town to see how Seedot loves you (or hates you).

Well you have to just raise the starter Pokemon and the other ones you capture deafeat gym leaders so all Pokemon even the ones you got in trades will obey you exaple: if you beat the 4th gym leader it will make seedot obey you even though you got it from a trade just teach it really good moves if selects from random you have no worries my friend.

Ok this is a simple ansewr, all uou have to do, is get more badges, the Pokemon is a higher level than 10. If it's highr than 10, or was it 30... Any way witchever one, it wont obey. Just get more badges
