Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is there any way to get a lati without ar gameshark or nintendo event?
Please help I only have 65 Pokemon and I need a lati

Yes there is. Just defeat the Pokemon league and Latias/os appears anywhere randomly.

Yeah, it's simple! After you beat the E4, go to your house and after you get the SS Ticket from your dad, your mom will mention there's something on the TV about a flying Pokemon and ask you about the color-at this point, answer RED if you want a Latias, or BLUE if you want a Latios!
Then you must go hunt it down in Hoenn-it will appear randomly almost anywhere wild Pokemon do(outside at least)-use Max Repels and put a Pokemon with no higher than Level 40 (that's what level the Lat will be when you run into it) in the lead spot, and each time you change routes or go in/out of a building, etc, the Lat will move to a new area.
Stay in the same basic area and go back and forth in a building or from one route to another and you'll run into it eventually-once you do, if you don't catch it, you can track it in your Pokedex area feature, and it's health and status will stay the same, so keep at it until you get it!

First, beat the E4. Then, the Lati should be found in random, stimutaneous routes in Hoenn. In other words, yes, you can get the Lati cheat-free or without going to a Nintendo Event. You just have to look hard for it.

Yes when you beat the elite 4 click on the tv in your house then your mom will ask something about red or blue red is latias and blue is latios then go out in the wild and look for it

Yes.
Here is the way.
After the E4, go to your mommy and answer her blue or red question blue for Latios and red for latias. Then go to the following ROUTES to catch the Lati you chose. ROUTES 110, 111, 117, 118, 130, 129, and I think 119, 123, 131, 132. Then go to the wild, if you don't encounter your Lati@s, then enter a building in the route and back into the wild so you can try again. To catch the Lati you have not chosen, you will need to mix record with a Ruby or Sapphire Cartridge that has the Eon Ticket.

I forgot to add that Lati@s will escape when you encounter it so be sure you have a Pokemon that knows Mean Look and has good speed.
