Hi I have 2 questions:

1. Can someone tell me where I can raise these Pokemon FAST to high lvls
Koffing-lvl 20
Ralts-lvl 18
2. Also where can I find exp share?

1. Day Care. A friend, or you can use the exp share and battle Pokemon at the Victory Road.
2. Rustboro City. (Devon Corporation). That is where you got the Pokenav. And the match call.

1. This is cool. Put the Pokemon into the Day-Care and then go to a mud hill that you have to use the Mach Bike and stand at the bottom of of it then put something heavy on the up button and then you will keep going up and sliding down.

Plug it into something like a battery charger and let it keep doing this all night. It works!! I did this until I got my Action Replay.

2.After you give the letter to Steven go to his dad in Rustboro and he will give you the Exp. Share.
