To answer your first question nintendo events are places that you take your game to to get many rare things like a mystic ticket.To get there you have to go to pokemon.com and see where the next event is.Your second question I don't know why because I run into those things all the time.Your third question is that some people have been telling me that there's a rare Pokemon in there and to get it you need an item of some sort.

1.A nintendo event is a live event that happens in a city where you can get stuf that is not in the game.

2.I don't think you can get plusle in thats game.try trading from ruby.

3.That cave has no point it's just a good place to cath Zubats.

2) KEEP SEARCHING and you will find it. Patience is a virtue.
3) It changes when you put a code in either a game shark or a action replay, I forget.

2) Plusle is found on ROUTE 110.
3) altering cave changes the Pokemon that is found in it when the ID of your lead Pokemon changes.

1. Nintendo Events are where you can get tickets to go those special islands. You can get there if you live in the U.S. (which most of us do) and is found in random, big, special cities or places, such as New York Times Square. Go to the one that is closest to you. And, to find out when and where the next one will be, go to www.pokemon.com and on their main page should be something about the next Nintendo Event. That is, I believe that Nintendo Events are still in place, but I'm not sure.
2. Unlike Ru/Sa, in Emerald, Minun are common and Plusle are rare. Just... Catch a Volbeat (using Illumise's sweet scent on route 117) and go to Fortree City and trade with the boy's Plusle.
3. Well, nothing, really, just you can find some rare Pokemon in it if you use mystery gift with a friend. Otherwise, it's a really good place to find and catch Zubat.

1)Good Luck! They have VERY few and they're usually in only a few places-but they are doing a Mall Tour championship thingy that just started in Miami(Where I just moved from-GRRRR!) on 2/14/06 that supposedly goes to every state-check for dates/locations at Pokemon.com. I think they may be giving out Celebi, but who knows with them-but nothing as far as tickets that I know of...sorry.
2)Route110-under the bike path. OR, get a Volbeat from Route 117(RARE) and trade with the girl in Fortree City(1st house from the left side on the top), but they're harder to find in my opinion, but still worth the effort since the Plusle will be a trader and get extra points and you'll have another ID number to win lottery and possibly see Mirage Island with!
3) I think it only works with e-reader "wonder spots" cards they have for Emerald in Japan(they never let us have the good extra stuff here in the US without a huge hassle if at all) but you can still try to see if you can get something besides Zubats if you want to.
