I won't go on explaining exactly how to catch them, but Regice is found on route 105, Regirock is found on route 111 (desert), and Registeel is found on route 120. But first, you must solve the puzzle in the cave on route 134 (I believe). I also understand that getting there is a puzzle, to start off with.
