Go to warriorboy's Idea, use the push attack. It works really well. When the zombies come up, climb the bambo sticks and when they're gone, jump and use the spin attack down on Tsao. Do the same thing with the dragons but jump from stick to stick. It's fun!

In Mossdeep City. In one of the houses, there should be one where there's only a fisherman in it. Talk to him, and he'll give it to you.

The SUPER ROD can be found in MOSSDEEP CITY. From the fisherman in the shallow water I think.

Talk to the fisherman in the cottage on the high cliff to the west of the Mossdeep Space Centre.
