Question for Pokemon Emerald
Right guys!
I have a super rod but when it catches a Pokemon it always goes away like:
Ohhh! A bite!!
Oh it got Away
So how do you catch them?

What you do is each time that it says you got a bite, you have to have fast reflexes and press a each time it says that or else it will go away.

Unlike FR/LG and the older games, you must press A button when it says you have a bite, and keep doing it until you catch it! That got me confused at first, too.

Whenever it says "Oh, a bite!", you press "A". Do this every time until you finally battle it.

You must Press "A" at the correct time. The super rod has a smaller catching span the the rods before it. For example the old rods catching range is like this ------(+++++)------ and the super rods catching range is like -------(++)-------. + is when the fish is on the hook. - is when they are still biting.
