Question for Pokemon Emerald

What do I do to make feebas evolve I've got all beauty moves full beauty and it's lvl 37 and still milotic plz tell only reply if you already have milotic....

If you have used the blue and indigo pokeblocks to make febas's beauty up to the absolute maximum yo should level it up and it should evolve

You have to raise it's beauty to full by giving it anhancing pokeblocks. Then just levelt it up one more, and it shall evolve.

Have you raised it one level after filling up its Beauty meter? Is the Beauty part of the condition meter touching the outside of the meter?

I do have a milotic and it is hard to explain how to evolve it so I am recomending you to a site

Hi
You have to have the beauty condition of Feebas TO THE MAX to make it ready to evolve. This is very important! Once you have done that all you have to do is make it grow a level and it will turn into Milotic!
