Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi does anyone know what to do to make chimicho appear because I was looking for at mt. Pyre summit for an hour and nothing came except duskulls and shuppets!
Please answer!!!!!!!

You have to look at the top of mt. Pyre. The spot where Team Magma has stolen 1 of the orbs. From that spot you just go left or right into the grass and look there. Then you should find him.

You've got to look for it in the top of the mt. pyre it's very rare.

I can easily say that Chimecho is really rare. I'll admit that. It could take even longer to find one. Sometimes, he's the first one you run into. But, Chimecho is rare. There is no special way to run into him easier. The only other way is to cheat.
