Question for Pokemon Emerald

I've battled the pike qween 3 times and I can't beat her can some one tell whats wrong with my team.

Dragonite lv100
Hyper beam
Outrage
Twister
Wing attack

Azumaril lv100
Surf
Rollout
Dive
Hydro pump

Tiraitar lv100
Rock slide
Earthquake
Crunch
Hyper beam

If I need new Pokemon just say and i'll get them.

Dragonite should have

Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Ice beam

Azumarill
I think you should replace dive for ice beam

Tyranitar that is ok I guess

I read in a website the perfect team to beat Pike Queen Lucy I. But I forget the website. This should be a good team. Be sure to give them items like leftover. Everybody keeps forgeting to do this.

Dragonite sucks replace outrage with dragon claw replace twister with thunderbolt.Teach dragonite fly instead of wing attack witch by the way is a bad move.Azumaril get rid of it for a much stronger water type for instance wailord or milotic.Get rid of hyper beam for fire blast.
