Question for Pokemon Emerald
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ help I am in a crises (spelling) I have caught a feebas
but it wont eat anymore berries because it's toughness is at it's highest so I can not raise up it's beauty. So my question is how can I evolve my feebas into a milotic is there a beauty salon so raise up a pokemons beauty plzzzzz help if you know

A Pokemon can only eat so much.(I think 12 berries) that it can't eat any more.
You should see stars around your Pokemon when you are trying to feed him/her. 12 stars should be blinking if he's/she's full. Breed Feebas with a Pokemon and try again at the daycare center.
