How do you get the regis in emarald |?

To catch the regis go to bag, pokeballs, select one pokeball, press use. Hehehe

First catch WAILORD at ROUTE 129, RELICANTH at ROUTEs 124 and/or 126, and bring Pokemon that can SURF, DIG, DIVE, and FLASH, ROCK SMASH(mew would be best for room on team). FLY or SURF to PACIFIDLOG TOWN. SURF to the left at ROUTE 132. Go to the very bottom though.

You are looking for the Sealed Chamber at ROUTE 134. The sealed chamber, and where the three regis are found are around six rocks.

When you hit shore that has nothing at all, go up three SURF again now DIVE. Go down, go in front of the writing and use DIVE. You can skip all the writing, it's the alphabet. Go to the top, go to the center and use DIG. Be sure WAILORD is first in your party and RELICANTH is last. You should here three doors opening.

Use DIG and get out. Now FLY or SURF yourself to these routes where you will find the regis. Regirock: ROUTE 111, the bottom of the Dessert Ruins. Enter cave and do as it says: "Left, left, down, down. Then, use ROCK SMASH."

Registeel: ROUTE 120, enter cave and do as it says: "Those who inherit our will, shine in the middle,"(Use flash in the center of the room). Regice: ROUTE 105, stay to the left, then go up,on the left of the islands.

Enter cave and do as it says: "Stay close to the wall. Run around one lap." Does this answer your question.(Panting)

Before you go to find the Regis, you must have the following: One Wailord and one Relicanth, the HMs Flash, Rock Smash, Dive, Dig, Fly, and Surf taught to your pokemon. From Pacifidlog Town, surf left on the currents until you find a spot to dive (you might miss the dive spot, if you do, Fly back to Pacifidlog and try again) and dive. Go down until you find some yellowish dots (by the way that's braille) and be right in front of it. Dive back up and you'll be in the Sealed Chamber. Go all the way to the top and stand in front of the middle of the braille and use dig, you'll enter another chamber. Once more, go to the top, now put Wailord in the front of your party and Relicanth in the back and press A. You'll hear three doors opening (the Regi doors) your work in the Sealed Chamber is complete.

Now dig out of there and dive out of the spot and Fly to these places for the corresponding Regi:
Regirock: Go to the bottom of the desert on Route 111 and you should see an open cave surrounded by six rocks, enter. Once inside, go up to the middle of the braille, walk two steps left, two steps down, and use Rock Smash, a door shall open. Go inside and battle Regirock (it's best to save before the match because if you don't catch it you can try again)

Registeel: Go to route 120 and go to a body of water with berries growing in front of it, go all the up the grass and up the stairs and you will see that same "six-rock surrounded cave", enter. Go to the very center of the room, and use Flash and a door shall open, there is Registeel. Regice: Go to route 105 just to the left of Petalburg City and unto the sand below Mr. Briney's house and Surf. Stay to the left until you find some land, get off and surf to the left a little bit and surf up until you reach the six-rock cave. Enter, press A in the middle of the braille, then run one lap around the cave, then the door will enter, and enjoy your final battle.

You've caught all the regis.
