Question for Pokemon Emerald

I was wondering, what are two good Pokemon that I could use for the battle frontier? Im already going to use Swampert since it knows surf, earthquake and ice beam(could you give me an idea on another move it can also know?) Oh ya, it is true that you can't use legendarys in the battle frontier? Thanks.

The Pokemon I use are Lugia and ho-oh (almost never failed me) most of the time they win.and if you are wondering how I got them I used my gameshark and it didnt mess up my game.also these Pokemon are good!:

Note:i have all these Pokemon and they help alot!

Hello

I also have a Swampert in my battle frontier team, and I recommend the last move for it protect, which comes in useful for me when an opponent uses things like fly and dig, and especially solarbeam since it's super effective. Or you could go for another useful move, maybe endevour, or just a strong normal move just in case. Two other types that compliment Swampert are fire and electric, so I also have a Manetric that knows toxic, thunderbolt, thunder and bite, and a Blaziken that knows blaze kick, sky uppercut, arial ace and strength. This team has worked wonders for me and has an advantage over almost every type. I reccomend this combination, but I definetly think that you should have a fire and electric Pokemon with your swampert.
