It is a good team 7/10
Blaziken teach it flamethrower in place of double kick
Swampert you have the best moveset for it
Sceptile yeah it is ok
Salamence thats a good move set keep it
Metagross thats a brilliant mov set
Magnetric teach it rain dance so thunder always hits

Okay on Blaziken I'd get rid of Rock smash for Fire Punch and Double Kick for Dynamicpunch.Other wise it's fine. Blazikin - 6.5/10
Swampert's great! Myself, though, put a Take Down instead of Icebeam. Swampert - 8.5/10
WHY DID YOU PUT ON FLASH!!! Get rid of it for Quick Attack or Extreame Speed. Sceptile - 7.5/10
Rayquaza is okay. Rayquaza - 9.0/10
Salamence is great! Mabey you could change for a Dragon Rage but otherwise... Salamence - 9.5/10
Metagross isn't on my team cause I don't have on yet. I have a Metang L40. Metagross - 10/10
Manectric is okay on your team cause you don't have an electric Pokemon yet. Manectric - 9.5/10
Altogeter - 50.5/60

In stead of Double Kick, tech Blaziken Fire Blast. Buy Fire Blast from the Lillycove Department Store.

Blaziken-swap Rock Smash for Fire Blast.otherwise OK
Swampert-Good Moveset,not much wrong there.
Sceptile-Get rid of Flash,use Solarbeam.Also swap Dig for Sunny Day,which powers and speeds up Solarbeam,and if you use a fire attack,it powers that up too.
Metagross-very good
Manectric-I would get rid of Strength in favour of Shock Wave.
Salamence-OK
Aswell, I would try and catch a Pikachu,evolve it to Raichu,and replace Manectric.if you take a Pokemon wih the ability Lightningrod into the Safari Zone,which will attract them.even better,if you have one,breed it holding a light ball,as the pichu will know volt tackle, which is very powerful.
Reccomended attacks Pikachu/raichu-Thunder,Thunderbolt,Shockwave,Volt Tackle/Slam.

You should teach sceptile aeriel ace and earthquake and rock tomb keep leaf blade though
