Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hi everyone, can you get the Pokemon that you need the tickets like Mew, Deoxys, Lugia, and Ho-oh for Emerald, and if you can how do get them ? Do you just use the tickets or can you get them with a cheat device.

Well Mew is for a cheat device the others are for tickets you can get them in emerald.Hope I helped.

You have to get the tickets, through a Nintendo Event and/or Cheat Device.
If you use a cheat device they won't work.

You have to get them through a Gameshark.Thats where I got them.

Same as me!!
I then found out that except for Mew, other's can be caught through tickets but if you have a cheat device then hook it up to catch them the easy way.
Gameshark and action replay cart codes are on this site.
