Question for Pokemon Emerald
My friends told me that when you win the elite 4,then go to the space center,someone asks you do you want to go to moon.I have beat the elite 4,four times and still no one asked me did I want to go to the moon.
Why is this?

Either it is a fake cheat, or you need to do one of the three: 1. Catch all of the Pokemon. 2. Win all five Master Rank Pokemon contests. 3. Beat the Battle Frontier.

It's because you have to beat the elite 4 100 times before they let you or at least thats what is ment to hapen
