Ok I shall help 1.both magma and aqua are Evil
2.the gyms are set out different with different pokemon
3.you can capture both groudon and kyorge and chose between with lati to catch
4.the battle tower joins with the battle frontier
5.not sure if it's a difference but you can catch raquaza before the elite four
6.the biggest difference is the Pokemon move like in Pokemon crystal!!!
