Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have a question, but before I ask I tell what I did and if I should start my game over.
1. Beaten all master rank contests.
2. Got 386 pok�mons.
3. Have all gold symbols from Battle Frontier.
4. I have the Gold Trainer Card.
I don't know how to make gym leaders re-battle me more often and then to solve the game's problem once forever. Tell Me.

There's no surefire way to trigger that. It may be a matter of going around and challenging the other people in your Pok�Nav's Match Call first....

It's not really much of a question but more of a statment. I think you have a "boring game" now because there is nothing to accomplish. I reccomend restarting, but only if you don't mind losing all of your hard work. Also, it's good to restart if you cheated through most of the game.

They will only re-battle you when they want.

Not an easy answer but,if you really did do all that,you just might want to train Pokemon or something,I would say no,for a while
