It's somewhere around the volcano mountain. At the bottom of it. Take the trolly thingy up to it an' get to the bottom. You should see a door or somethin'.

After you have the Magma Emblem go to I think it's called the jagged pass < north from Lavaridge town and the rock should crumble and you can go inide.Can you Please rate this answer?
