Question for Pokemon Emerald
These are my Pokemon just after beating the third gym.
Swampert lvl 37
Gardovoir lvl 34
Breloom lvl 35 and I have just recently caught a scarmory lvl 16 at the route before fallabor town where do you suggest I train it to at least lvl 30.

You could try training right where you caught it, or find some trainers to battle.

For your third Gym I give it a 5/5 oh yeah you might want to get swampert a good water move next is flannery fire you should have no poblem.

Can you post the movesets?? It would be better if you did...
And you can train skarmory using exp share...or train him in the grass around fallarbor...
