Question for Pokemon Emerald
What is a gameshark and what lvl do you suggets my Sceptile should be to be able to withstand Raquazya's attacks? Also what ball should I use?

I Gameshark is a device that lets you input cheats into your game. You can buy them at any electronic store.
I don't think you need a very high level to fight Rayquaza. Some people who are very inexpierenced may tell you to be at level 70+. I'd say maybe 50-60, but people can also get away with 40. I caught Rayquaza with a level 53 Blaziken.
As for the ball you use, I highly reccomend Ultraballs instead of timerballs.

1: A game shark is a cheating device. 2: Scepitle will be able to withstand it's attacks at level 85-100. 3: Lots of ultra balls save your master ball for latios or latias. See ya. E.M

BIG TIP. Teach sceptile dragon claw. And it should be at least level 53.Get the master ball at the aqua hidout and use it.
