How doi get Pokemon from fire red and leaf green on to emerald I got the national pokedex on emerald I don't know what to do someone help me

On fire red/leaf green you need to beat the Pokemon league, get the national dex, find the ruby and sapphire.

In Firered and Leafgreen, you have to also beat the E4, catch 60 Pokemon, obtain the National Dex as well, and obtain the Ruby and Sapphire templates along the Sevii Islands. Now, after you've done that, you can trade from those FR/LG into Emerald.
