Go to any store that sells electronic stuff. I got mine at Best buy.
You need to go to one of those dealies in the USA only. Not on the game. They may not even have them anymore.

You have to buy an AR, it's a cheat device.
Nintendo event is an event, where gamers go to look at the new nintendo stuff and get rare items and game bonuses.

You get a AR at a store.
You have to go to a nintendo event what I mean is go to a city that holds one.

To get a AR [action replay] you have to buy it at a store like GameStop.EBgames and Wal-Mart.
A nintendo event is a place where people gather to get rare stuff [I think] To get to a nintendo event is hard because you have to be in a famus city [New York, L.A, Washington D.C].

1. Buy one at a store, like Best Buy, or even online. Just so you know, it's a cheat device and may cost between $15-$25.
2. It's held in certain, random areas/cities in the U.S. Yippee! Aren't we lucky? Sigh... Here we go again with my star saying as an answer to something about a Nintendo Event... "To find out when and where the next nintendo event will be, go onto pokemon's official website (www.pokemon.com) and it will say in it's news section".
