Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi guys and girls, I got a question

How can I get groudon and/or kyogre after rayquaza has stopped them? I have caught rayquaza

Go to the Weather Institute on Route 119. The Scientist on the second floor will tell you where a monsoon is located. Go to that route and find a hole that wasn't there before. Dive down that hole and go along the path to come to a level 70 Kyogre. Go back to the Institute again and talk to the Scientist; he'll tell you where a drought is in effect. Go to that route and look for a cave that wasn't there before; that's the home of a level 70 Groudon.

First, you need to beat the Pokemon league. Then go to the weather institute. The guy in there will tell you where kyogre is. It's in marine cave, south of mossdeep, in route 127. You need dive to enter.
Once you've caught kyogre, go back to the weather institute. The guy will then tell you that groudon is in a cave in route 116. To get there go through the middle exit in rusturf tunnel. Hope that helped.
