1. You must go to a certain place in real life and they will give out tickets to scan through an e-reader. I guess that covers number 2 also. Tickets like the EON ticket, the AURORA ticket, the MYSTIC ticket, and some include special berries beyond an enigma berry that are weak in a pokeblock machine.
