You find snorunt in shoal cave beside the icy area and he will evolve into glalie but hes quite rare

You get Glalie from evolving Snorunt at level 42. You find snorunt in Shoal cave in low tide.

Glalie? It evolves from a Snorunt which is found deep inside of Shoal Cave. It's where all the ice rocks and icy floor is. Also where you find the item nevermeltice. Rate this answer.
