Where is team magmas hidout I've tried the mountain with the ski lift thing there not there where are they please answer

You first need to get the Magma Emblem(I think you get it at Mt. Chimney after you defeat the guy who is guarding the metiorite machine). Once you've done that, you start traveling down Jagged Pass. When you're near to Lavaridge Town, a text box should appear on screen. It should say: the ground is shaking in response to the Magma Emblem. Once the ground stops shaking, a Doorway should appear at one of the big rocks. That is the Magma Hideout

Ok, it's not on Mt. Chimney. It's on Jagged Pass. Oh, and don't bother looking for it unless you have the Magma Emblem, which is obtained on Mt. Pyre after you get rid of the Magma's. Only then will you find the hideout there.
