Sorry dude but your team isint very good,i would rate it 4.5/10
Tisk, tisk, I know this is a RPG team, but you could have done a little better =/.
Blaziken:
It don't need both Sky Uppercut and Double Kick, besides Double Kick is a horrible move for a level such as his. Goto the Battle Frontier Move Tutors and have them teach it Thunderpounch at the cost of a few Battle Points. It's better then having a weak move and a move of the same type, this will put a little dent in those Water and Flying types just before you're about the leave the battle scene :D. Blaze Kick is okay seeing as how you really can't do much in the RPG. If you could change that move, then Hidden Power [Grass] would be excellent for crud like Rhydon, Golem, Swampert etc... You could also convert it into a physical attacker instead of a special one, Sword Dance/Earthquake/Sky Uppercut/Rock Slide. If you don't want to use Sword Dance, then Bulk Up is another option to choose from. It's up to you.
Groudon:
Noooooooooooooooooooooo. What have you done to this poor life form ;_;? Convert your Groudon to Physical attacker, he has much better physical attack, then he does special attack stat base. Also why do you have Fissure? I don't understand the obssession with gay OHKO moves, they suck. It needs Earthquake, really badly, in the Pokemon Ruby version it already knew it, but since it's at a much higher level in Emerald it skipped it. If you have TM 26 (Earthquake) you are going to want to teach it to him right away. If you don't and you already used it, then you need to have a Gameshark, or Action Replay to hack the game and get more. Solarbeam is no good, get rid of it, Groudon's ability Drought works nicely with Grass type Pokemon that have Chlorophyll as a trait ability and have Solarbeam with the STAB and the effect of not having to wait to the second turn to use it. Once again, in Emerald there is a Move Tutor that will teach Pokemon Sword Dance. Groudon with Sword Dance+Earthquake+Rock Slide = God. This move powers Groudon's attack base by two levels (3.0x). This makes Groudon's already destructive attack stat sky rocket off the roof. Eruption is a crap move, low PP, and as you get weaker it does. Rock Slide along with the Sword Dance combo I just discussed works extremely well. Rock Slide will take care of things Earthquake can't, such as Flying types, or Pokemon with the trait ability Levitate. I guess one special type attack won't hurt, it should mainly be Fire since Groudon's infinite Drought effect will always stay on the field in motion as long as no ability or move overwrites it. It should be a different move other then Eruption, Flamethrower perhaps. Even if your Groudon has a low Attack base due to it's Bold nature, Sword Dance will more then make up for that.
Pikachu:
I guess that's the best you can do for it in the RPG, but if you had more choices like you did in competitve battle such as Netbattle then there could be improvement. Such as Hidden Power [Grass]>>>>>>>>>Iron Tail HP Grass gives help the Ground/Rock types or just Rock and Ground types seperately.
Metagross:
Hyper Beam just sucks pure and simple. This should have Agility, this makes it the fastest Pokemon pretty much if you're using it in the Battle Frontier. Metal Claw is weak, and you don't need two Steel moves anyway. Earthquake will make it a little less of a target for Fire Pokemon along with Agility. You can keep Psychic if you want.
Walrein:
Great Pokemon, but you need to balance it's moveset out more. It's too overstabed, meaning you have too many of the same move. Yawn and Rest in place of the gay OHKO move Sheer Cold, and Ice Ball. Yawn will put your opponents in a certain situation, and Rest will recover your HP and any stat conditions you may have. Also you need TM 13 (Ice Beam), if you used it up already you need to get a cheating device and hack the game to make more. Ice Beam is just as powerful with all it's accuracy in tact, and more PP for that matter, it's just better.
Salamence:
There are better movesets then the special set you have posted, but I won't complain, it will get you through the RPG, but in real competitive battling it's not really going to help much at all.
You seemed to have completed a lot of the RPG, but your team could use much improvement, if you don't believe me, and think that I am talking a bunch of bull, then find out for yourself at http://www.tvsian.com/netbattle/download.htm and goto the Smogon server and see how fast your send back crying. These sets I posted if you are able to complete the given knowledge then you're really going to own the RPG. Overall a 4.8/10 keep up the work.
