You need to go to some web site and enter your ID # and you will get a word to make her laugh.

Enter your id # and choose a wallpaper.

There is, actually. You have to go to this website: http://www.filb.de/games/gba/emerald/word.php?lang=2. You fill in what you want your new wallpaper for your computer to look like and then click "Generate Secret Word". You get this so-called "word" to tell the father. If you filled it in correctly, Wanda will laugh and the father will give you that wallpaper you created. Rate this answer.
