Can you get jirach or deoxys in emareld if you can't how?

Can you literally get them? NO!!! I hope you're not referring to the moon crap. But, pre-order a Pokemon colloseum with the bonus disc. Using that bonus disc, you can get Jirachi. Go to a Nintendo Event and select Aurora Ticket.

Go to one of the piers and you will talk to the captain. He will take you to Birth Island. Solve the triangle puzzle correctly (by "communing" with the triangle in the least amount of time and steps) and you will battle level 30 Deoxys. Or, you can simply cheat.

There are 2 ways one you could go to a Nintendo event the second os getting a AR or a Gameshark the second way is easier and cheaper.

You can only get jirachi from the bonus disc from Pokemon colloseum, to get deoxys you need to get a ticket (aurora ticket I think) from a Pokemon Rocks America event

Cheats or a special ticket for Deoxys. Cheats for Jirachi.

Hi! I'm not sure how to get Jurachi, but to get Deoxys you have to defeat the Elite Four then go to the space center in Mossdeep City.

Talk to every body in there, and one guy will probably say "Do you want to go to the moon?" and say yes.

As soon as you get there save because Deoxys will be tough.

P.S. Here's a tip if you can use the master ball it will probably save you a lot of time.

You can get both. But you cannot just go to some sort of cave and catch them.

It is a lot more complicated than that. In order to get Jirachi, you need to have done the Pokemon League. Then you import Jirachi from Pokemon Channel(gamecube game) onto your Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire pack.

Then trade the level 5 Jirachi over to your Pokemon Emerald game.
To get Deoxys you need to go to a Nintendo Event and download the Aurora Ticket. You can then go to Birth Island and catch a level 30 Deoxys.

An easier way to get these two Pokemon is to buy a cheat cartridge (AR recommended) and cheat for them.

Yeah, everyone says you can't without cheating or going tto an event. Well there all wrong. the other day I was playin emerald when I came across a glitch pokemon. I thought to miself catch it. So I did. When I when back to my pc it waz jirachi!!
No idea how this happened but it may happen to you!
As for deoxys I have no idea.

Without cheating you need to trade jarachi from ruby or saphire. And to get jarachi on those you need the Colosium bonus disk to get it. As for Deoxys you need to have ether a leaf green or fire red game and had gone to the Pokemon Rocks America Event. And as for the cheats gameshark or AS I wouldn't recommend them I had used it to capture Entei and later my game died on me. If you do I hope you have a spare that you can trade Pokemon to get the Pokemon on a game that you don't use the game cheats on. Then transfer it to emerald

Where did you fine that glichy pokemon? As for latios or latios I would recommend you keep the masterball for them. And use ultra balls for the rest. Don't fight them just through ball at them eventually you will catch them. As for getting the other you will have to redo the game. But I would transfer out the Pokemon you want to keep. that is how I have 2 deoxys .
