A good team for Lucy would be an Ampharos,A gligar, and any powerful water Pokemon of you choice, as her Pokemon are a Seviper, Milotic, and shuckle.(set out in that order)make sure Gligar knows gullitoine and ampharos knows thunder. Then the water Pokemon is for shuckle, as it is rock/bug but uses no grass attacks so you'd be safe.
