Once you get Rock Smash, go to Verdenturf and then Rusturf Tunnel and use rock smash on one of those rocks. The man will gratefully thank you by giving you HM04, Strength.

You need to have defeated Wattson, obtained Rock Smash from the inhabitant of the house south of the Mauville Pok�mon Centre, and smashed the rocks separting Wanda and her boyfriend in the Rusturf Tunnel.

Go to the Verdanturf town and went inside the Rusturf Tunnel, keep going straight and turn left; from there you should see a female and a male been block by a boulder.

Go to it and have a Pokemon that know rock smash and smash that boulder, after you smash the boulder the male will than give you the HM's 04 (strenght).

In the town with the first contest, go in the cave and use rock smash and the guy will thank you and you will reicieve the hm
