What Pokemon do I have to get to beat the twin gym leaders liza & tate. And what level do they have to be at. Thanks to anyone who answers my question.

I say you should use a water Pokemon at a level 6 higher than the twins use surf if you can it will damage both Lunatone and the sun one I forgot the name.

They have Solrock (level 42) and Lunatone (level 42).

Equip Absol or some Dark Pokemon and use Bite or osme other Dark attack against Claydol; meanwhile, hold back Lunatone and Solrock with a Water attack, preferably Surf. Your Pokemon's levels should be no less than 3 levels beneath Tate & Liza's, and 3 above them would be good. Don't use Fighting Types.
