And my Ho-oh has PkRS as a status problem and so does my Salamence I know it helps your game but how does it?

Your Pokemon are great, one change though, try an electric type instead of Heracross since Scizor is kind of a bug/steel type but if any of your Pokemon has an electric move then change it for another type maybe Hitmonchan since you can teach it fire, thunder and ice punch, I dunno only that you have 2 bug types, but if you change it then it will be ready for battle.
??????????????? Does absolutely nothing, it's been replaced by one of your held items (Happened with 2 Mates by using my cheat cartridge, didn't happen to me though, must be because I switched the cartridge off when saving).
Your Ho-oh and Salamence have PKRS because their stats are higher than usual or their level I think, happens to me too except mine have 999 attack, defence, health etc. But not lvl 100 but when they get to level 100, I think they will be invincible unless someone else has the same cheat device, in a way they take out the level 100 I think.

WHAT ARE THEIR ATTACKS? I can not rate a team If I the not know their attacks. I see major weakness in your team lineup. Future advice, use only one Pokemon type for a major team.
I give you a 3 out of 10. No offence but I needed move descriptions and what you have, A balanced team could tear your team apart.
I have no idea what a ????????????? Is or what it does. The Pokerus is a virus that slowly takes hold of all of your Pokemon. This virus improves the stats of the Pokemon infected.
The Pokerus doesn't last long. I would say use it wisely.
