Question for Pokemon Emerald

How do you catch latios and latias I have already talk to the mom and I answered blue then I ran into latios or latias (I forgot which one) but I didn't have a master ball.

I've been chasing him since like a month ago I just want to catch him and where are nintendo events.

You don't need your Master Ball. Just a lil bit o' Poke skill. Get a Trapinch with Arena Trap or a Wynaut/ Wobbuffet with Shadow Tag as the special abilities. Then track them like you would the legendary dogs. When you run into them, weaken them with the same monster with the ability, if you don't they will run. Once weakened, throw an Ultra Ball. Eventually you'll get one.

Nintendo events are not on the game. They stay pretty close to NY 'cause that's were Pokemon Center USA is.

For Latios, you have to have luck. Along with that, a Pokemon that forces Latios that won't run away and plenty of ultra balls. For Nintendo Events, go to pokemon.com and they will tell you.
