Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have a few here
1.How many different baby Pokemon can you get and who do you need to get them?
2.I have gotten alot of cool Pokemon but I feel like there are still a few more could you name your favorites and how you get them(w/out using a gameshark or AR or something).
3. Can you get secret power 2 times w/out cheating? Because I had a Minun that knew secret power but I traded him and I want to change bases but I can't.

1. There are tons. Wynaut, Azurill, ... Many more. Some need special qualifications on the parents. I'm not quite sure what those are. You can get tons of Wynauts from Mirage Island.

2. It depends on your favs. My fav is Scizor and you can get him by trading a Scyther with Metal Coat attached.

3. Just go buy it at the Lilycove Department Store up where the TM's are. If you can't get it again that way, trade it to Fire/ Leaf to get it there.

In slateport go to the guy at the mid right of the market and he sells two tms, hidden and secret power

1. There are quite a few. Like, Wynaut (2 Wobbofets ~spelling~ w/ one holding lax insence), Azurill (2 Marills/ Azumarills w/ one holding sea insence), Pichu (2 Pikachus), Igglybuff (2 Jigglybuffs), and also a few national ones like Smoochum (2 Jinxs), Elekid (2 Electabuzzs), and Togepi (which you just get in FR/LG from an egg- no other way).

Those are all the ones I can think of.

2. Well, if it's cool LOOKS you're talking about, then I like Metagross, Salamence, Kingdra, Absol, Zangoose, Flygon, Aggron, Crobat, etc. Of course, all the legendaries are cool. E

very one has opinions, so choose what you like or don't even choose if you don't want to. 3. Yes, you have to go to Slateport City and go to the little mart thing. In there there should be a women that will sell some TM;s, and only two, which are TM10 hidden power, and TM43 which is secret power.

1.Go to Pokemon.com then go to the to poke dex, all of the Pokemon will show up of course.
2.same thing as number 1.
3. You can buy secret power at Slateport, in the Selling Place, one of the the sellers can sell you one.
