Why does your Raichu have three electric moves? That alone will cripple your Raichu when he fights a ground type pokemon. Blissey needs to be replaced or needs a new arrangement of moves.

Rayquaza seems alright and Salamence needs a makeover in moves. Blastoise could use a change as well. I like your Typlosion though. I bet it is pretty tough. Anyway here is what I would give your team.

Lv.100 Raichu (Shell Bell)
Thunderbolt (Raichu family only move.)
Brick Break (To damage rock types and shatter shields.)
Body Slam (Strong attack.)
Rollout, Dig, Irontail (Good for surprises crushing others, and lowering defense.)

Lv.100 Blissey (Bright Powder)
Toxic (To weaken the foe.)
Soft Boiled (To keep Blissey alive.)
Seismic Toss (To deal damage effectively.)
Counter (Sock physical damage back at the attacker.)

Lv.100 Rayquaza (Kings Rock)
Dragon Claw(Just as effective as Outrage, no berries required.)
Aerial Ace,Fly (Extreme accuracary, dodge attack.)
Thunderbolt (To fry Ice Beaming water types.)
Earthquake (Good against rock, strong attack.)

Lv.100 Salamence (Focus Band)
Dragon Claw (To claw other dragons with.)
Fly, Aerial Ace (Read Rayquaza.)
Earthquake (Read Rayquaza.)
Any attack of your choice

Lv.100 Blastoise (Quick Claw)
Hydro Cannon (Blastoise only move.)
Ice Beam (Weed killer.)
Earthquake (Electric bane.)
Bite (Useful in certain situations.)

Lv.100 Typlosion- I would not change anything.

Overall I give your team a 8 out of 10. I didn't like your Raichu having only electrical attacks. Dragon Dance is almost a waste without physical attacks. Rayquaza needs physical attacks. It also seems your team would perish if Mirror Coat was used. I hoped I helped.
