Where+How(lots of details)do you get the three Regis?

Whoa now, look at #2's answer before this. I (goldentrainer_2003) just made a very detailed answer on this, and it should answer your question as well.

1. First you fly or surf to Pacifidlog Town.
2. Put Wailord in the front of your Pokemon party and put Relicanth
last in your party(the last,above cancel ).
3. Surf east on route 132-134,the fast water current. Then you will
find an area that is deep.
4. Use dive in that deep area.
5. Swim down untill you see a rock with green sea weed looking
stuff.
6. Press B, and go strait up and there will be a crack up wall.
7. Face the wall and use dig and the wall will have a hole,go inside.
8. When you go in the room, the room going shake like earthquake.
9. Go out of the room and go in the water where you came from
and use dive.
10.When your infront of the sea weed thing again go down from it
1 tile.
11.Press B,you can change Pokemon if you want, and stock up on
Ultra and Timer balls. 12.To find Regice,fly to Dewford and go route 106.
13.Surf up from route 106-105.
14.There will be an island that has choke trees wit 2 spaces in da
middle.
15.Go to the top left of the island and surf up till you find one cave
wit rocks around it,go inside.
16.Go to the wall.
17.Run around the caves perimeter 1 lap with no mistakes(running into
the wall or going away from it).
18. The wall will have a hole and go in it and theres Regice.
19.To find Regirock, go to the desert on route 111.
20.Go down till you find a cave wit stones aroud it.
21.Go in the cave and go to the wall.
22.Step 2 times the left of the wall and go down 2 steps then use rock smash.
23.The wall will have a hole,go in an theres Regirock.
24.To find Registeel,fly to Fortree City and go to the bottom left of route 120
or go east from Lilycove City to route 120.
25.Once your at the bottom left of route 120 you will see the lady wit green hair
that gives you a free Mago Berry.
26.There will be a small stairs, go up till you hit grass.
27.You can cut the grass or walk through doesent matter, there will be another
stairs and there will be a cave like Regice and Regirock,go in it.
27.Go in the middle of the room and use flash.
28.Go in the room and theres Regi steel.

1 lap with no mistakes(without running into the wall or
going away from the wall).
4.Regirock is in the desert on route 111 almost to the bottom.
Go to the wall and step to the left 2 times and down two times
then use rocksmash.
5.Registeel is on the bottom of route 120.
Go in the middle of the cave and use flash.

First you need to catch a relecenth under water and evolve a wailmer into wail lord
Put the wailord in the front of your party and relecanth in the back.fly to pacific log and surf to the left until you see a place you could dive.
