Question for Pokemon Emerald

I heard that your able to get Johto starter pokemon.

So I'm asking you where can I catch all the Hoenn Pokemon because I heard that you need to get all the Hoenn Dex filled first.

You have to trade to get some of them , and alot of them are hard to get. It is a good idea to get a gameshark. I got one and now I have Deoxys,Ho-oh,Lugia,Mew.

P.S if you get PKMN Firered/Leafgreen you can get the original starters and pokemon. P.P.S If you get a gameshark do the battle factory stealing code. You can get the last evolves of Jhoto starters.

They won't registers in the Pokedex so you must trade them off and back on, or you can just make an egg, and evolve it to get all 3 levels of that starter.

Please use my advice.

You can cheat for specific Pokemon, such as Deoxys, if you absolutely cannot go to Nintendo Events. You can catch any other Pokemon around Hoenn. There are some Pokemon, such as Lunatone, that you will need to trade from Ruby/Sapphire. You will also need to trade the two other starters you didn't choose from Ruby/Sapphire or another Emerald game. Then, you have access to pretty much all the Hoenn pokemon. Rate this answer.
