Question for Pokemon Emerald
Whusap it's the Rooster and I've got a question to ask.
Its about the feebas passwords.
Everyone said that if you say to that guy[in dewford] who asks you what deffinition of "in" is that if you say outrage ally that there is more chance of finding feebas but he never says that you it is in.
Could anyone tell me why he's not saying it is in ASAP.

It really matter in fact.
A certain saying will not increase feebas's occurance.
On the river on 119 you will find it in 6 of the hundreds of squares of the river.
In fact, having it not change is a good thing because you can search for ages without them changing places.

Actually, you can't make it change. It has to come naturally. Not to mention you must've changed it too many times, because once you do you can't change it back. No matter what, you can still find Feebas, just more commonly.
You just might be lucky enough to find him. Either that, or it only happened to me. The saying was Outrage Ally and I guess I was on one of Feebas' tiles because the first Pokemon I fished up was Feebas.
Either it was just luck, or maybe him appearing more commonly is a fact. Rate this answer.

Wow I tried catchin them and it took me a few minutes to find them and when I found them I caught like 20 of them
