The Magma Hideout is located at the jagged pass. You need the Magma Emblem to get in though.

Once you go to Mt.Pyre and defeat the team that is there you can go to the jagged pass and use the magma symbol you obtained, actuallly it will self-activate(where you found the magma member standing in front of a rock,the rock reveals a door when you get close enough with the emblem).

It's located on Jagged Pass, from which halfway down it, provided you are equipped with the Magma Emblem. The ground will shake and a cavern will reveal suddenly.
