Do you mean Altering Cave? That you can do stuff with a E-Reader. Certain monsters appear only there.

The answer is it is changing cave if you use the wireless adapter you can catch more than zubat.

It's route 120. If you solve the little puzzle on route 134 (I think) three doors will open and that cave is one of those doors. Inside holds the one and only Registeel. To solve the puzzle, look in the walkthrough section- this would be too long if I said it all. There should be a section on "how to catch the three regis's". If not, then ask it. I will definately answer it. Rate this answer.
