If the trendy phrase is switched then the spots on route 119 where you can catch feebas are changed.

Whoa the list is long. The saying is random and does all the possible combos throughout all the words. Whatever the saying is, there will be 6 different water tiles that Feebas can be caught on. If (and when) the saying changes, so will the tiles Feebas was on. I think that if the saying is outrage ally that Feebas will be more common. Rate this answer.

2 that I know are "Fast Shopping" and "Well collection". You can get others by going to the clud in Dewford. They tell you all sorts of sayings.
