You need the ticket enabler for the woman to see the ticket and take you to the island.

You have to also trigger Southern Island, Naval Rock, Birth Island, and Faraway Island. You'd have to look in the AR section because that is a lot to say (type). Plus, I don't know the codes- I just know what you have to do.
