Is their a specific place to find latias? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Actually, she's all over Hoenn. She moves to a different route once you either enter a different route, city, or house. Good Luck! Rate this answer.

You run into her randomly. If you already have Latios, you can get her by going to Southern Island.

No it just roams around after you talk to your mom about the latios and latias.

Look around for the first time finding him, he could be anywhere on grassy areas or on water. When you do find him, use your MASTER BALL (if you're wise enough to keep it) to catch him the first time.
If you don't have your master ball, found Latias but he escape from you, you can now track his position on PokeDex, but it constantly moves around whenever you change your location. Best if you position yourself at Fortree City and take two steps into Rte 120 and two steps back into Fortree City, until he gets close on you.
Chances are, he'll come on Rte. 120 when you come back on Rte 120. Track his position well on PokeDex, and a little patience... You will catch him!
Ps: No master ball, use trapinch arena trap, crobat mean look, or wobuffet shadow tag so he can't escape.

Youll see her with luck once you battle her you should have a Pokemon like a wobuffet that has the special ability of "shadow tag" I think
