Jagged Pass. You must have gotten the Magma Emblem from the Mount Pyre elders.

Well...it's always in the same place whether you are in Lilycove or not, but it's not in Lilycove if that's what you mean. The Team Aqua one is East and a bit North of Lilycove-near the Wailmers(MASTER BALL IS IN THERE). The Team Magma hideout is on Jagged Path, and you need the Magma Emblem to make it open-get it from the old couple on Mt. Pyre. Then go there and you'll see what happens-easy to figure out.

When you got the magma emblem from the old lady who said that a magma member drop it.Then go to the jagged pass thats the path to go to lavaridge town but before going there I suggest that bring an acro bike. Then somewhere on the jagged pass will react with the magma emblem youre holding then a cave will appear thats their hideout. Why don't you call May very often because most of the time she tells you what to do. Rate this answer.

To get to the Magma hideout first you have to talk to them on top Mount Pyro.
Then you go to the place the other guy said.

It's not in Lilycove, it's on the jagged pass. Team aqua's is just a little bit east of Lilycove.

The Team Magma hideout is not in Lilycove, it is in the middle of Jagged Pass on the way to Lavaridge Town. You need to use the Magma emblem to get in though.
The one you may be talking about is the Team Aqua base. It is located North-east of Lilycove City, inside a cavern.
